Cabin
Housed on land adjacent to the Ducktrap River, Whispering Woods is an early 1900’s cabin that the Ducktrap Wildlife Preserve worked to renovate beginning in 2011. The cabin has been converted to a venue in which visitors both young and old can experience the magic and mystery of solitude in these beautiful forests. The public is welcome to utilize Whispering Woods for cultural or educational programs that can be enhanced by this quintessential Maine woodlands setting.
